The late Patience Eno was the spouse of Akwa Ibom State Governor Umo Eno.
According to a statement released by Ini Emembong, the Commissioner for Information and Strategy in Akwa Ibom, on Friday morning, she passed away on Thursday in a hospital after an unspecified illness.
According to Mr. Ememobong's statement, "she passed away peacefully at the hospital on September 26, 2024, in the presence of her family."
"The family asks for the prayers and support of kind-hearted people during this trying time, and they bow to the will of the Almighty.
